Purchased PicsArt Gold on PlayStore but using IOS?

I recently bought PicsArt Gold on my mother 's mobile phone (Huawei - Android) but would like to use it on my phone (IPhone 6s + - IOS).

It was bought via my PicsArt account. But now I have the problem that it does not work. I contacted PicsArt and they said that I can only access the Gold subscription when my phone is connected to the PlayStore account.

Can someone help me and tell me how to get PlayStore on my phone or subscription to my phone?
