Difference between the Huawei Mate 20 models?

I bought a huawei mate 20. While trying it out, I noticed that the camera menu, for example, is different from that of my girlfriend's mate 20. When comparing, we noticed a difference in the model name. It says "HMA-L29", I say "HMA-L09"

Does anyone of you know whether that makes a big difference, or what difference does it make at all?

First and foremost, it's about DualSim and Single Sim L29 is the name for Dual Sim. L09 for Single Sim. Otherwise there are actually no differences.
