My mobile phone bugs?

For a short time now it has been the case whenever I open my gallery, snapchat, WhatsApp gallery, etc. Something always comes up:

I open my gallery or snapchat and immediately there's a little vibration and something like that appears on my screen. It's totally annoying. The brand of my phone is Huawei p30 lite. Whenever something comes with photos it appears.

Maybe a virus, downloaded something from the internet or accidentally clicked a link?

I think it's a bug and the apps just don't respond.

If that's the case, just restart the cell phone. Dan it always worked for me.
