Huawei and Google services for Huawei smartphones that have already been purchased?

If Huawei gets the Google services back, are they also on smartphones that have already been purchased that have no Google services or only on newly purchased Huawei smartphones?

They will then probably be upgraded with an update

But you can retrofit them yourself, but I think the Huawei devices are great even without Google
