Google Play services are not supported?

This afternoon my Huawei account asked me if I accept that Huawei can access my data. Without reading, I have probably pressed way too fast to refuse. The problem is that me now eg. On Whatsapp all my contacts no names but only the numbers are displayed. My Play Store has disappeared, as well as the Huawei App, the Play Services are no longer displayed.

Whenever I go to Youtube, it says:

Using Youtube requires Google Play services that are not supported on your device.

I thought that I accept the yes because in my settings under Apps is also on what Play Services has access.

My question is if anyone has any idea how I can accept the Google Play services and whether, for example. Even the Play Store is back.
