I have the following problem. If I play a game (app) on the phone and want to connect to Google play this is not possible.
The game (app) then freezes and after a short time comes a selection menu where I click on "app close", "wait", or "send feedback" then click.
At first I thought it would affect a game. The game is called idle Miner Tycoon. The problem is that my memory hangs in the google cloud and I do not get it.
When I installed a new game on the phone and could not connect, I realized it was not the game. But rather to Google play.
So now comes the curious. As it happens, I have a 2nd Google Account. If I use this in me to connect it all without problems.
Only my real account zickt around.
To make it even funnier the following info. I have blue stacks on the PC. The program simulates an Android phone on the PC. There I installed the game idle Miner Tycoon, connected to Google and zack, I was able to load my game from the cloud.
I should mention. I own the huawei p10. The info could be important for problem solving.
Now to my question. What can I do to make the connection work again?
I have already tried the following, since I have already searched for google.
1. Forced synchronization with wrong date. The synchronization worked then but not connect with Google play.
2. Empty the Play Store cache. Did not help either.
3. Delete the game and reinstall it. No positive result.
I end up with a lot of ideas and I can't find anything on the net anymore.
Now I ask you.
Did you delete the data from Google Play?
Yes. I thought so with cache empty. I have already through.
Have you emptied data and cache… And with all Google Apps?
I emptied everything directly about the settings. So on Google play and then delete data. I have not taken each app individually.
Should do that directly with the app itself!
