What the cloud means?

Recently, I see in the phone often the cloud pictured on the picture. No idea what they want to tell me 😅 have nothing set what should be uploaded. Have a Huawei mate 10 lite and the operating system is 8.0.
Some days I see the cloud more often, sometimes less. Is always synonymous only briefly to see.
Which app or what is it triggered? Did not set anything, which or something is uploaded automatically.
