How can you delete things from the cloud?

I want to delete things from my cloud but I don't know how to get there.

I have already googled it and followed the individual steps but still haven't landed where I want to be (i.e. Where you can see all the things individually on the cloud)

Can you help me please? I have also activated everything that has to do with it, but it always leads me here:
