Huawei connection to the (cloud) server not possible?

I have a pretty big problem right now. And although tells me my P20 Pro, if I want to activate the cloud, "Can't connect to the server, to tap the screen again." I had previously activated the cloud, but neither data could be retrieved nor were images uploaded. That's why I logged out and logged in again, only that now nothing works.

Can someone possibly help me? I've already looked and on the Internet all say only "Yes, I have too", but no one seems to have a solution.
