How to remove .com key on Android / Huawei keyboard?
Again and again I come to this .com button on my Huawei Mate 20 Pro with the latest Android. This key usually only appears when searching in the browser. Since the normal point or the space bar would otherwise be in the same place, I make a mistake by changing this accordingly often.
Anyone have an idea if / how to solve that?
Since I don't have a Huawei, I can't say whether this can be changed with this keyboard, but if you can't find anything in the keyboard settings, there's of course the option of replacing the whole keyboard with an alternative, such as. With my favorite, the Google keyboard »https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.inputmethod.latin« or if it should be without Google, the »https://appgallery.huawei.com/#/app/C101359141?locale=de_DE« from Microsoft would be another alternative.
In addition, there are of course countless other alternatives, but I wouldn't choose a completely unknown publisher for the keyboard, because it regularly comes into contact with personal data and details.
