Keyboard not responding, keypads not visible (cell phone)?

I was just about to google something when I noticed that my keyboard stopped responding and I couldn't see the keypads. I have a Huawei mate 20. There's an option with this that you can use a second, "virtual cell phone". So the same cell phone, but a different background, a different password, etc. I think it's called "private space". The keyboard works fine there. You can find the pictures below. In picture 1 you only see the background image of the keyboard (the keyboard should be below the white line, it is drawn in itself!). Picture 2 (from the private space) shows how it should be.

Search for SwiftKey keyboard in the settings

Do I have. I don't see any buttons there either
