For 5 days I can only enter everything by voice on my mobile phone. The keyboard can't be turned on anymore. If I try, the whole thing is gray, and I recognize that the keyboard is off and the voice input is on. Have already tried everything possible. Turn mobile on / off, voice match disabled, new keyboard downloaded (is gray and off), all caches deleted, in short I'm desperate. Not even factory settings, I can reset, because I need because the keyboard and voice commands not accepted. Does anyone have any idea yet?

There's only where I can enable / disable the on-screen keyboard. But that does not work, because everything is gray and I can't change the setting.
Settings → Language & input → On-screen keyboard → Manage keyboards → Disable Google voice input

If possible, you could disable or uninstall the Google app. Thus, the app is missing behind the voice input.
It can't be deleted, and deactivation has unfortunately brought nothing, because it is reset only to factory settings and the problem persists.
