Huawei P smart + 2019 voice messages?

I have the Hauwei P smart + 2019 and had before an iphone, because you could listen to a voice message just hold the phone to your ear, then I did not hear the message on the speakers or on the sound box.

When Huawei is partly delayed in calls via Snapchat halted but with voice messages I have no chance…

Can you stop that or do you have a tip?
