Google do not activate possible?

I bought a new phone a week ago, the Huawei Mate 10 pro, which I can't now enable the "Okay Google" voice recognition command to launch Google Assistants.

In another forum, I found the following solution: In the Appeinstellungen Google delete the cache memory and data, then in the Assistant in the settings "Voice Activate Voice" press. Unfortunately, after repeated repetition of the steps no success can be noted…

At the first fresh start of the assistant is always only indicated that already voice match data exist, but at "Okay Google" test the Assistant does not start.

Therefore, I hope that someone here is able to solve the problem.

Had that on my galaxy too. Believe me, the google home app was missing. Then it worked.

Habs installed and then looked again in the assistant settings, but "Voice match" is still grayed out: /

As a "reason" for the greyed out, there's still "The feature is currently not available for this language"

I found out that currently all users of the named smartphone have no way to fix the problem and we have to wait for an update…
