Will Google Play services now be used on every Huawei cell phone?

I have a question a friend of mine keeps talking about Huawei and he said Huawei or Google is removing the Google Play services (Google Play, Google, YouTube and Co.)

Does that mean that my P30 pro will no longer have Google services at some point in the next year?

Only the new models no longer have Google Play services. The older ones continue to work with it
