Can you buy the Huawei P30 Pro without hesitation?

Everyone who deals with smartphones will probably have heard the problem: There are no Google services on the new Huawei devices!

Now my question is: Can I still buy the P30 Pro with all Google services or do I have to worry about not having any Google services in a month?

My state was that all devices that have previously come on the market (ie P30 Pro or older), all Google services will continue to run. But then I hear from other sources again that the end of November this year, the deadline expires and the Google services are blocked.
Now I do not really know what to believe anymore?

So if someone is more knowledgeable I would be happy to receive an answer.

I also have a P30 Pro and I know that there will be no problems. It was licensed to Android before the whole thing and should therefore run with it, the spell affects only new devices such as the Mate 30 Pro.

At the moment I would say no, because Huawei presented a new phone a few days ago, but did not say a word about the software and the release date. I would rather buy an iPhone.
