The Huawei P30 Pro is currently available from Saturn for 555 euro. Would love to strike there, just have to have it delivered because of the Corona time. Can I strike without hesitation, afraid that the package may not arrive, etc. What do you think?

Yes, you can "strike" without hesitation. If the package takes longer, that's the way it is and if it's gone, that's the dealer's problem. Not yours.
The supplier would have to prove that you got it - if it disappears…
I think man has to be careful and delivery takes longer now but otherwise it shouldn't be a problem?

That shouldn't be a problem if it can lead to late delivery times and if the package does not arrive, the post office can still take over the damage
