Due to the termination of the cooperation between Google and Huawei, my mobile currently has no internet access outside the WLAN. However, Google has indicated that most features continue to be usable by Huawei owners. Why do not I have Internet access right now, and when will Google be usable again?

That's more on the phone itself or on your provider. Google has nothing to do with it. Huawai devices stay active too. You get Internet from a provider - this is e.g. Telekom, Vodafone O2 etc.
I do not suppose that you use the sim map of Google in Europe or haste, but even there it would not be due to Huawai but somehow a technical defect / error.
I think your data volume is exhausted OR you have a bad connection.
With the current Google vs. Huawei does not really have anything to do with that.
