Delete the network on the cell phone and log in again has not improved and no other device in the W-Lan or in the Lan network has these problems and our access points (Ubiquiti) and our router (draytek) say the Internet and W-Lan are stable…

I'm having the same problem right now. Internet works, but the exclamation mark and warning is there. All websites, Google search, YouTube and even my banking app work, but the Facebook web page and Instagram app don't work. Weirdest thing. For the record I have disabled my cell data to see. I've tried resetting the router (although all other household devices work), resetting the phone network connections, reset the phone several times. So weird that only those two web pages don't work. Hoping it will resolve itself.
