I can connect to the Wi-Fi with my "Huawei P9 lite", but I have no internet access.

Normally, if I connect to the Wi-Fi, I would have to be redirected to a website where I have to enter a password to access the internet, but this website does not appear.

I have already spoken to such a "support guy" who said that it would not work because I have some obfuscation app on my phone that keeps changing my Mac address and that doesn't work.

What could this app be? Or does someone have other solutions?

thanks in advance

(switching on and off does nothing for cell phones, Wi-Fi or routers)

If it really is because of such an app, then you probably have no choice but to go through the installed apps one by one and see what it could be and then uninstall them

With a Firtz! Box it could also be that only known devices can log into the WLAN. Did you look there?

The support people often have less idea than my 81 year old grandma with her tablet. What kind of website do you want to be redirected to? You click on the Wi-Fi network, enter the password and there you don't need an internet site

I have a special "living group Wi-Fi" where you are redirected to some sophos (somehow an internet security program) page.

(tried to copy the page from another device but didn't work)

Maybe this will help you:

Ok have you already restarted the router or reset the ip address?

WLAN and Internet access are two different pairs of shoes, possibly also on different devices. But if you use an Internet router including Wi-Fi, the different things happen in one device. First of all, your device (cell phone) needs an IP address, which is provided by the router (via so-called DHCP). If this is not the case, Internet access can't work despite WLAN. In addition, Internet access in the router must also be permitted for the registered rights. Check this out once.
