I currently have a big problem with my LTE Internet. For a few weeks it happens every day that the Internet at indefinite times - just like that - for 2 minutes (felt) is completely gone. It can be ready again after 2 hours, or again after 3-4 hours. (Even with Word I wrote the times, very irregularly)
The whole thing is about a month so go, so I strongly exclude that my provider is to blame.
Also, I exclude reception problems, we have 2015 extra LTE antennas installed on the roof and my router always shows 3 dashes (ie full) on.
The LTE router is a Huawei router, which was then at my rate, behind it is a Fritzbox, which operates the network.
If such a failure, the Internet is gone on both the PC and on the tablet (LAN-WLAN).
Since I really do not know what the problem can be, I already thought about a new LTE modem, what do you think?
I once had a similar problem with my mobile phone, where the internet connection was inexplicably disconnected (for weeks) inexplicably for a few seconds, but again full strength the next moment. The cause was a defective SIM card. Have the provider got a new one and the problem was resolved.
Is it annoying for you that the internet is only gone for two minutes?
Personally, I would not look for a new LTE modem…
Ah ok, thank you!
Meanwhile, because that occurs with a bit of bad luck almost every day, if something on Youtube / Netflix is running. The whole projected to 4 weeks, it is already quite disturbing.
And you do not have a modem yet. Right?
I have a Huawei modem, in which a Sim card is in it, behind it is a Fritz box, which makes the network. I do not have a replacement router, and I would have to buy extra.
Do you have Internet from mobile or from an Internet provider in the sense of landline and Internet?
Pure Mobile (LTE)
Which internet service provider do you have?
T-Mobile, I'm from Austria
Have you ever tried to contact support via chat?
Here you can do it. They can, in my opinion, help you the best: https://www.telekom.de/...76860=e2s1
I already have, no problems. Personally, I also rule it out, as I also have a tariff from this provider on my phone.
When the LTE Internet on my house router is gone, still goes the mobile Internet on my phone. (Without wireless connection of course)
Then log the router and see where the problem lies.
The problem is that my Fritzbox shows nothing like that. On the contrary, if I log in during a failure, shows my Fritzbox to "connected to the Internet".
My LTE router is in bridge mode, so no login surface has more, but is managed by the Fritzbox.
But do not know if the error is now in my Fritzbox, or if the Huawei LTE router makes a mistake that may not notice the Fritzbox in the two minutes…
Ok, then we would have to look in the system. But for that we need your support…
HM okay?
And…
Nothing to thank for.
