Mobile is constantly vibrating and getting messages?

So I've asked a question before that I found out the problem but I do not know how to fix it. So whenever my Huawei gets a message, the music gets quieter for a short time or if it's on with headphones then it goes off for a short time… Normal but since this evening sometime "my cell phone is constantly getting news" and vibrates always and so and I had it that's why dumb but that's why the music goes out anyway, if what would come. There's nothing in these moments… Why is it always vibrating / ringing and how can I get rid of that? In addition, the sound is different then when the WhatsApp message comes, for example. But there's no notification? Where does it come from?

You could look in the settings for an option to turn off the messages in general.
