Mobile while charging dangerous?

I noticed a good week ago that whenever I charge my phone (socket, power bank, computer, etc.) and hold it in the hand to hold the power itself. It's pretty hard to describe because I really have no idea what that is or how to describe it. But when my phone is charging and I check messages and then someone touches me you can feel the electrical energy between us as if the other person / or I was vibrating. Have the same feeling synonymous if I'm very close to my cell phone off (with about 0.5cm between mobile phone and finger)

Lately, I've always had a headache and am tired, but I do not know if that somehow hangs together. Can anyone explain to me what's going on?

I have a Huawei P9 light and it is made of metal (on the sides)

Your headache and tiredness will certainly not come off. If you feel energy when charging when you touch your phone I would check to see if there's any voltage on the phone's surface (with a gauge). If so, I would consider buying a new phone or exchanging it. The charger is usually isolated, which is why I do not assume that this is the reason.

I doubt it's on your phone. Even if voltage is applied to the housing, that is not harmful to you. The battery of your cell phone probably delivers like most batteries 3.7Vdc. Since you can touch without problems directly.

The charger provides 5Vdc to your phone, synonymous because you can easily handle it.

Electricity can't flow through you against earth, because neither your phone, nor the output of the charger has a connection to the earth, thus no circuit is created.

Mobile phone charging from the can goes with AC power. Sensitive people can feel that and are then especially susceptible to sleep and it suffers the health. DO NOT run anything near the bed during the night, best turn off the bedroom, also shine the wires in the wall. Think of the pipe locators that exploit that.

Under some circumstances it is noticeable to some but not as harmful as when sleeping
