Quick Charge for your mobile phone?

I found a Quick Charge charger in the packaging of my Huawei Mate 20 lite. However, I don't know if I can connect every charging cable to the Quick Charger and get the same effect. I use the charging cable that came with the phone in the box. When I then want to charge my mobile phone with the Quick Charger, there's a different charging animation. Instead of the 1 electricity symbol on the battery display, there are 2 electricity symbols (see pictures). Can I just use this cable for Quick Charging? And can it be harmful to the battery if I continuously charge the phone with Quick Charge?

So I happened to be looking for my M20Lite here and just tried it with several charging cables. So with me he doesn't take all of them. The same applies to the adapters. Strangely enough, for me he only takes the original from the Mate20 Lite.
He only takes the original cable, one from tedi / kik for 3euro and the one from HAMA for 28, - € (5 meters) he does not accept any other 15 usb-c from me.

Yes, quick charging isn't that great for the battery and puts more strain on it, so it loses its power more quickly.

Quick charge is worse for the battery than normal charging. Loading slowly is always better.

If you can, you can take the cable.
