Huawei P10 Lite vibrates without reason?

I've been using the Huawei P10 lite for quite some time now and have just been vibrating the cellphone for a few weeks once in a while, often times in a short time as if I'd get a message or so but never get one read messages or so anyway it does the abundzu but mostly it does that only when I'm grad on the phone it is on but the vibrate is not synonymous of the game or something I have grad open what can lie to what is it?
