Huawei P9 Lite Internet problem with login to networks with login / authorization?

I have a problem. My smartphone the Huawei P9 Lite [Current Android 7 Version] has problems signing in to a network with login / authorization.

If in the bar above the message comes "in WLAN network announce" and I draufklicke there opens not more like with Android 6 the Internet Browser but a "window" in the foreground where usually the page for the registration appears. But this way does not work for me. With my smartphone, only a white "window" appears where "CLOSE" is on the bottom right. (See image). This is not the network because my father has the Sony Xperia X (Same Android 7 version as me) and there it works perfectly with the "window" and there appears the window to log on. This problem is in any network with login / authorization. (Sometimes the "window" opens in other networks but there I can't click for example) I would be so happy if you knew what it is and if you can set that is not like the Android 7 Update a "window" opens for logging but as formerly on Android 6, the Internet browser. (Have Google Chrome and Google. Reset your phone has also brought nothing in the settings, I have not found anything. (Customer support has brought nothing.)
