No internet access despite Wi-Fi?

My brother and I have a Huawei cell phone that strangely did not work. We have Wi-Fi, but no internet access. The hosts do not know why it could be. These also have Huawei cell phones. On and off has been tried on the phone and the router. Flight mode on and off I have already tried. And I've already tried the IP address change. Who knows what else could it be?
