I'm in Scotland and despite activated "mobile data" + "data roaming" outside the hotel Wi-Fi no internet in.
Have a Huawei P9 and I'm a customer of "Yes!".
My phone automatically goes into "vodafone UK" and I can make a call.
But how do I get internet?

Maybe Vodafone has not released all countries… A look in the small print of your contract or a call to Vodafone brings certainly light into the dark:-)
Maybe you have to activate data roaming (Tel. +43 681 810810). For this you will be asked for PUK code or customer password.
However, roaming will be suspended for a maximum of 60 euro / billing period. However, it can be reactivated via the roaming hotline (+43 681 8109283).
I contacted Vodafone. It was a fault that affected all customers.
