I can't do anything in data roaming?

I'm on vacation in Tcheschien and have instead of (h or h +) an R for data roaming stand up. But I have no reception, so I can't even write a Whatsapp although I have a tariff for the whole of Europe and only 1 of 12 gigabytes have consumed Please help me (Have a Huawei P10 lite) -D
