I already have. That happens, if said app was aborted during installation before in a very unfavorable moment or is. Quasi was then noted in the system that the app was installed, but the AppRooter in root only partially created. Is a very silly bug and difficult to explain.
Please delete the app data from the Google Play app and log in again! If it still does not work then restart your device again.
