Turn off voice control?

I have a huawei p10 lite and have made the new system update. The problem is that I can only use voice control now. I looked everywhere in the settings, but found nothing where I can issue that. Can someone help me please?

How exactly do you mean that with the voice control? If you think that it is instead of the keyboard, if you want to write something, activate the voice control. Then the navigation bar should have a keyboard symbol on the far right.

Okay, then try to do what I wrote above. You may need to re-download to the Okay Store and Gboard before that.
