Huawei fm radio?

My father has the huawei p30 lite and accidentally deleted the pre-installed fm-radio app and wanted to retrieve it back but don't know how and I also didn't find anything on google it says about the playstore but since it was apparently a pre-installed app is it not to be found there and other apps either need internet or are bad please someone can help me get the app back without resetting the smartphone
