Huawei P30pro Bluetooth connection problems?

Until recently I was always connected to my car radio (Renault Megane3 Carminat Tomtom) recently I deliberately deleted a few Bluetooth connections, which included my car radio. Now I have to reconnect, but the radio does not appear in my list. With another mobile phone (Samsung) I can find the radio immediately and can also connect.

Unfortunately it was the same with another radio in the other vehicle.
