Bluetooth connect continuous loop?

Have a new box, JBL Boom, my phone is the Huawei p10 Lite. When I tried to connect the device via Bluetooth, the box was displayed as normal in "Available", then pressed on Connect and now it is in a continuous loop. Can't press anything, even if the box is off. Have Bluetooth on and off already switched on box and mobile phone. Also, I have restarted both. As soon as I turn on Bluetooth on the phone, it tries to connect to the box. Even if the box is off. I'm caught in a loop, can't press anything. Please help.

Otherwise I would have no idea - is amazing.
