Android no longer starts on Huawei Y625?

Recently my smartphone has not started properly. The start icon from Huawei is displayed in a continuous loop, but it does not start Android. First I was able to fix the problem by removing and reinserting the battery. Unfortunately, that no longer helps.

I have already tried the following:

reset to factory settings
Start and delete data in recovery mode
Replacing the batteries with an identical device -> does not start even with a functional battery from another device, identical device starts with a battery, but shows a battery level of 0% and switches off again
instead of 3.8 V, only 3.5 V can be measured on the battery

My question would now be: Is it possible that the battery is broken and the cell phone has been destroyed and is it worth buying a new one?

With the cell phone, it is actually no longer worth putting any money in at all.

The cell phone is 5 years old.

When I read… 1 GB RAM… The current standard is 4 GB RAM… I wonder how you can "work" with the device properly.

Use the defect to send it into retirement and buy something new and current.

That's right, the thing no longer has much value. But it's still a shame that after 3 years you should buy a new cell phone and the new devices are not necessarily more robust. In addition, six months ago I had only swapped the cracked display. 😒

The cell phone came out 5 years ago.

That after 3 years you should buy a new cell phone

After 3 years? So the device was already an old cucumber in 2017.
