I have a problem. I have a Huawei Y625-U51 lying around here. But I can't turn it on. I tried holding the volume up and power buttons at the same time, but nothing happened either. Nothing happens when I want to charge it. Do you know what I could do and what can be broken on the phone? It's also pretty old and a long time ago when it stopped working.
A smartphone that I had given my mother had it twice.
The battery was simply too empty and can no longer be charged.
Without a functioning battery, the power supply did not work either.
After I put in a new battery, it worked again until my mother left it lying around for months without use AND without regular charging.
Batteries don't like being completely drained. Some can then be reactivated with specific techniques, but mostly they are just gone.
Well, the battery can be defective. Just buy a new battery and try it out. Son battery doesn't cost much ☺️🙌🏻
