Why is the screen of my Huawei P20 Lite not spinning automatically?

I bought a Huawei P20 Lite a month ago.

On the first two days, my screen has been rotated. I did a software update that was already available when I first turned it on. After that the screen did not turn automatically anymore. I do not know if it really has anything to do with the update but I think so.

I have read in other Fohren that this is not an isolated case but for anyone (if not everyone) who has a P20 Lite is a problem. Does anyone know more? Are there special updates or announcements from Huawei that a patch should come out?

Or does anyone know how to solve the problem?

I have also looked at solution proposals:

Automatically turn on (logically this should be on)
Restart the device
Erase cache of the cell phone deleted
Reset to factory settings

Yes, I even reset my phone to factory settings!

Shake once after turning? If that works, maybe there's a setting for it?

Pull status bar down, click on the portrait icon. Or "turn screen". No idea how it is called by Huawei.

Then reset it to the previous EMUI version, vlt. Is it actually the manufacturer and its version.

Oh, that's what you mean. I already wrote that I made auto-turning, but it still did not work.
