Huawei P20 Pro with Hdmi transfer a picture to a screen?

And although my screen has broken from my Huawei P20 Pro, I do not see anything black on the screen anymore.

Ordered, arrived & tried, disappointed, I can really transfer the picture at least my lock screen on my PC screen so I thought now only the screen password enter and zack I can still get my pictures down.

But then the connection went away or the screen went black, after a few seconds, I came back to the lock screen and should unlock it again. And again the same problem, then again only with a mouse connected and tried to enter the pin. Still no success.
