Transfer / stream USB C Smartphone to TV via HDMI?

Would like to stream my Huawei P20 with USB port on traveling eg to a TV set via USB C / HDMI cable or bspe Netflix transfer, since most of the time no SmartTV with Internet connection in hotels etc are available.

Are yes various cables on Amazon and co.

It should work with an adapter cable, but not every TV in a hotel has an HDMI input
