Stream Huawei P10 to TV?

I recently got a USB C to Hdmi cable. The background is because I would like to stream Netflix to my TV. Now the cable has arrived and I wanted to try it enthusiastically, but the TV receives no signal. So I researched. The Huawei P10 unfortunately does not support the standard HML, which is why the cable does not work. Most of the other Huawei, on the other hand, seemingly even the P8. Completely incomprehensible. But whatever.

Now as alternatives such things as Miracast, Amazon Fire TV Stick and Co flew around the ears, but I do not get through the issue properly. Apparently you need for all these sticks and adapters WLAN home. But that's the sticking point. I do not have Wi-Fi at home. That's why I wanted to stream Netflix to the TV via my smartphone. Thanks to the Vodafone Media Pass, I do not consume any data volume with Netflix.

So now my question is there a way to stream the screen of my Huawei P10 to the TV, which is relatively cheap and without me having to get internet?

Do you have a Smart TV, it would be helpful if you call the model of your TV.

Is your TV Wlan capable? Maybe you can give it to your mobile phone hotspot:-)

Of

It is a 50 inch Smart TV from Blaupunkt without Wi-Fi. Exact model I can't say.

He has no Wi-Fi at home, that's why it ever fails.

No, unfortunately he has no Wi-Fi. In the menu there's the point for updates but there's no way to search for Wi-Fi.
