Huawei p10 camera no longer focuses. Is it because of the broken glass?

Hi, my Huawei p10 no longer focuses with the rear camera but the images are only sharp at a certain distance (approx. 25cm).

Could it be because of the broken glass (see picture) that might be blocking the "view" of a sensor?

Or is it more software or the cameras themselves?

Such a small camera with 100 tiny particles and motors is very fragile. If it hits hard somewhere, especially close to the camera, you can assume that in most cases something will break.
