Moin, I wanted to ask Mal if there's a way to connect the Google Chromecast 3 with a Huawei phone (p10) so that you can stream the screen? I can use Spotify, etc. But would like to stream the screen.
That would usually work in the settings of the phone. There should be somewhere a point "Connect" or "Transfer". This should also work on the Chromecast app
I've found the point and tried, but does not work and in the Google Home App, I can't find the point
I would try the YouTubeApp first. When the CC is connected to the phone, which is always actually. If it already zickt, you have the coupling (again?) Do!
Otherwise, stream the screen in the Google Home app.
Yt goes but in the app does not give the point, where do I have to click up in the app?
I just found out that there was an update with a new GUI.
The CCs are assigned to places (eg at home). There you can then click on the respective CC and start the screen stream.
For the future, if you are looking for help: The error "Do not go" does not bring the community. Helpful would be the exact word text of the error, or if it is cryptic or very much, just send a screenshot.
Finally found it, thank you!
He indicated that no device was found nearby, but I found the point now.
