I bought the Google Chromecast today and can't connect to it.
I downloaded the Home app and I'm sure my Chromecast is connected to the same Wi-Fi as my phone.
Unfortunately, neither my phone nor my tablet (Lenovo Tab10) can find the Chromecast. Can you help me?
I was actually looking forward to watch movies from my phone on the TV.
So I do not know if that is synonymous with the Chromecast synonymous, but in the things I know you have to connect to the WLAN of the "Chromecast". I think that sets up its own network, through which you can then share your screen. But I do not know about it. Maybe you'll try it and look for a new net of the Chromecast. Mostly there's something in the manual.
I'm sure that my Chromecast connected to the same Wi-Fi
Then check it out again!
I know. Not how it works
In the router to see if the Chromecast shows up there, for example…
We have one of Telekom because it is not on what devices are connected
One has pretty much in each router an overview of the devices, which are registered there.
Otherwise, one would have no overview and strangers could surf unnoticed.
I have made
The Chromecast is online
Nevertheless, no connection
