Huawei keyboard is spinning?

My keyboard is spinning from my phone. For example, if I type in the blank field of Goggle tip, the keyboard will pop up after the 3rd time, but then it disappears again. I can't write anything. Does anyone know what you can do there, in the settings or something. Have cell phone also restarted and everything. Nothing helps.
