Delete email contact in google contacts?

So I have the following problem. I have a mail contact that I would like to delete. Now this mail contact is not shown under "Contacts" (on my phone), but only if I want to share it via "Google Photos", the app. So, now comes the second problem. With Google contacts I'm strangely NIX displayed… So I had no contacts… Neither on my smartphone (Huawei P20 lite), nor on the PC (Windows 10). I know that I could delete this email contact by clicking "Contacts" on Google Contacts, because that worked recently too, but now I'm getting more contacts on extended contacts… So there's no sync from my smartphone instead of PC… Why not? So I desperately desperate… How do I get the stupid email address now from my contact suggestions and above all… What can it be that I'm no longer displayed on Google Contacts?
