Back up mobile phone contacts stored on the phone (Android)?

I want to back up my contacts stored on the phone (Android, Huawei P9 Lite). When I move or copy them to the SIM card, they appear twice or three times in my contact list, and besides, I can only save 250 contacts.

Then I tried Google and wanted to copy them to my Google Account using "Copy Contacts". But when I go to contacts.google.com, I'm told I do not have any contacts.

What can I do now, so that not all contacts are gone, if my phone is broken?

If you are in the contact list under the options, you have the possibility under Import / Export to select the following eligible backup:

Export to USB storage

Export to SD card

and last export to SIM card
