Contacts sync Android to Android?

I have a new cell phone and would like to take over the contacts from my old cell phone. The new phone is a Huawei P30, the old one a Samsung A3. When I set up the cell phone, I transferred my contacts with Phone Clone, but only 10 out of almost 200 arrived. I have tried this several times.

Then I made myself smart on the Internet and there it was recommended that the contacts be backed up to Drive via the Google account and restored on the new mobile phone. For that, something like "Accounts" would have to be listed as a menu in the contact settings in my old cell phone and that is not the case. Does any of you know advice?

Google account should do the trick.

See if you can import / export contacts in the contact settings. This will create a file that you can open on your other device and all the data will be transferred.
