Sync contacts to new phone failed?

I bought a new Huawei phone and synchronized everything from my old phone through my google account. The photos, the apps were synced all synonymous. However, no contact, which is difficult on whatsapp.

Will contacts not sync with the google account? Because with my new cell phone I have activated this. What have I possibly done wrong or what is the best and easiest way to get the contacts in my new phone so that they are synonymous in whatsapp?

Export all contacts of the old mobile phone from the phone to the memory card. Insert the memory card into your new phone and import the contacts from the SD card into the phone.

Alternatively, you can also temporarily connect the old mobile phone to the PC (or Bluetooth) and save the resulting .vcf file when exporting. Then you plug in the new phone and import your contacts from this. Vcf file into the new phone.

When exporting, you must specify which data should be exported - ie name, first name, phone number, e-mail address etc.etc.pp. When importing you must list exactly the same data again, otherwise the thing goes wrong!
