I have a Huawei smartphone and all contacts are saved on my SIM card (always).

However, all contacts are duplicated in my phone book. If I delete them 1x, they are right back in there twice.

But only those contacts who also have WhatsApp.

What can I do against the fact that all are only in the phone book once?

As far as I know, the WhatsApp contact can then be deleted, then you only have one contact from each.

Had the same problem. Go to the contact app, then to "display settings", then to "SIM" Then restart the app, you should then only have each contact once again, please let me know if it worked.
