Huawei p10 contacts have multiplied, why?

I have a Huawei p10 for almost two years. For about half a year I have the problem that my contacts have increased. This means that the contact is suddenly displayed 10 to 20 times. If you delete the "unnecessary" it takes about 1 day and they are back. Can someone help me what I can do because it is really annoying. Thank you.

I would simply go to the store where I bought the phone. Surely they can fix your problem there. At most, you get the phone exchanged.
